Sunhaven Return & Cancellation Policy
By placing an order through the Sunhaven website, you agree to the return and refund policies outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and fairness, and are applicable to all orders placed from within the United States.
1. Free Cancellation Within 24 Hours
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, no questions asked.
2. Cancellations After 24 Hours (Before Shipment)
If you request a cancellation after 24 hours but before the item is shipped, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers non-refundable payment processing charges and production costs, as all saunas are made-to-order and handcrafted using labor-intensive methods.
We strongly recommend making your purchase decision carefully to avoid unnecessary fees.
3. Order Cancellation After Shipment
- If your order has already been shipped and you choose to cancel, the following charges will apply:
- Round-trip shipping costs (based on actual freight quotes depending on product size and weight)
- 20% cancellation fee (based on product price)
4. Returns After Receipt (Change of Mind or Wrong Product Ordered)
- If you no longer want the product after receiving it or ordered the wrong item:
- You must submit a return request and receive approval before shipping it back
- You are responsible for round-trip shipping (based on actual freight costs)
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
5.Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with supporting photos or videos.
If confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or reshipment
If not reported within 24 hours, damage will be assumed to have occurred after delivery, and a 20% restocking fee may apply for returns
6.Sunhavensaunas supports returns and exchanges within 14 days.
Important Notes
We do not accept unauthorized returns. Please contact us and receive approval before sending any items back.
Any losses or costs from unapproved returns will be the customer's responsibility.
