Free Shipping Across the Contiguous U.S. — Your sauna is shipped by ocean freight and then delivered within the U.S. through trusted LTL freight carriers, such as Old Dominion Freight Line and regional freight partners. Curbside delivery is included at no additional cost, with no hidden shipping fees.

1. Order Received & Preparation Begins

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing your sauna for shipment. Each unit is made-to-order with great care. When it’s ready to leave our facility, you’ll receive an email confirmation from Sunhaven, followed by a separate email from the shipping carrier with tracking information.

2. In Transit

---If the sauna you purchased is in stock, you can receive the sauna within 7-10 days after purchase.
---If our sauna is sold out, it will take 45-55 days to receive the sauna. (Order-Production-Transportation-Delivery)

When the shipment arrives at your local delivery terminal, the local carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment. In the meantime, please double-check:

  • Pathway measurements: Can your largest sauna panel fit through doors or hallways?
  • Electrical setup: Is your dedicated circuit installed and ready?

You can review your sauna’s specifications and installation requirements on our website to ensure a smooth setup.

3. Delivery Day – Be Prepared

Your sauna will arrive on a large pallet, typically delivered curbside or to your garage via a paved surface. Please note:

  • Delivery does not include stairs or inside placement.We offer additional installation services for an additional fee.
  • We recommend having 2 or more people available to move and unpack the sauna panels upon arrival.

4. Unpacking & Assembly

Your sauna is securely packaged to prevent damage. Please be mindful:

  • hardware and accessories may be tucked inside larger panels.
  • adequate space to unpack and sort parts for easy assembly.
