Wood & Finish Notes
Sunhaven Saunas uses carefully selected premium wood for all sauna interiors and exteriors. Minor blemishes, dents, grain variations, and fine cracks are natural and do not impact the structural integrity or performance of the sauna.

Cracking due to temperature or humidity changes is considered normal and is not covered under warranty. Any minor surface issues can typically be resolved using light sanding or wood care oils. Avoid products containing benzene or high concentrations of alcohol.

Outdoor Use Disclaimer
The outdoor sauna purchased from Sunhaven comes with a limited warranty valid for 3 years from the date of receipt.

General Warranty Conditions
Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Saunas must be installed and used according to provided instructions.

Warranty is void if the unit is:

Misused, altered, or modified

Connected to an improper or shared power source

Damaged in transit due to mishandling or improper installation

Warranty Scope
Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use

Warranty service includes parts replacement only

Sunhaven Saunas is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use
